I’m so excited! I have a free meal plan for you!

I’ve been wanting to do this for a long, long time and have finally put all the pieces together to make it happen.

I chose some of my favorite recipes, and created a balanced meal plan for 3 full days – breakfasts, lunches, dinner and snacks.

Here are the highlights:

  • recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 3 days
  • grocery list for all the meals in the plan
  • calendar so you can keep track of meals and how you feel
  • portioned so you can choose from 4 different calorie levels
  • nutritional breakdown for all the foods, meals and days in the plan, plus a daily average

I also included a healthy eating guidebook, to help you understand the important aspects of eating a healthy plant-based diet.

My goal is to help you understand healthy eating so that you can easily maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
